Manchester Jazz Festival Kept Cool During Heatwave!
A well-known brewery and current customer of Dawsongroup | portable cold rooms recommended our Account Executive, James Richmond, to Manchester Jazz Festival. With 104 events taking place across the city between July 20 and 28, they needed help keeping a variety of drinks cool throughout the festival during the July heatwave.
Following an initial consultation with the event organisers, it became apparent that they required a chilled storage facility which would accommodate large volumes of product coupled with the ability to be sited on concrete paving without damage.
James used his experience of working within the events sector to suggest our Inflatable Cold Store with a maximum floor capacity of 16 pallets. Due to the unique shape of the Inflatable Cold Store, the client was able to double stack product to utilise the minimal space available during the festival. Once the contract had been agreed, our installations team then travelled to Manchester and successfully installed the Inflatable Cold Store to the clients’ requirements. Those who would be operating the ICS were provided all the necessary training and information needed to efficiently run the store for the event.
“Dawsongroup provided a great solution for our bar chilling requirements for the festival. The ICS was quick to install, reliable, and with easy access for the bar staff. Definitely a solution we would look to use again!”
